Shipping Officer

الوصف الوظيفي
Arrange shipments including shipping documents, custom clearance requirements in addition to provide routing information and issue shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location.

المهارات
· Comprehensive knowledge of shipping processes and procedures.

· Knowledge of customs tariffs.

· Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information.

· Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft suite of programs.
· Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

· Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Experience in briefing & providing communication to management.
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing

· Active Listening skills.

· Abel to convey information effectively.
· Anticipates and overcomes obstacles.

· Embraces challenge.

· Confident, rounded thinking.

· Self-starter and able to motivate others.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields;

· Minimum 01-03 years of experience in the field operations and logistics preferably.

· Fluency in oral/written English;
