Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations
• Maintaining proper posting of parts in the invoicing process
• Considering system data and stock availability before committing to deals
• Developing and following up action plans/ road maps in line with Marketing & Sales Director
• Leading & training team members
• Having the required knowledge of parts pricing procedures
• Having the required knowledge of new models, based on technical service bulletins and surveys
• Manage all Parts Sales activities.
• Recommend pricing methods and discounts solutions to the Marketing & Sales Director
• Recommend and agree with the Marketing & Sales Director on Sales Targets.
• Control and Monitor Sales staff and activities.
• Report Sales, Sales activities and Market situation.
• Assist in preparation of annual Sales Budget.
• Administrative responsibility for department and policies.
Tasks:
• Planning and executing Action plan for Parts sales.
• Enhance sales performance by motivating, guiding and training parts salesmen.
• Cultivate new customers.
• Maintain list of fleet owners and resellers to visit them regularly.
• Develop a customer awareness program.
• Dealing with Customers and resolving their issues.
• Follow-up of Sales and Deliveries to Customers.
• Plan and implement Pricing strategies developed with the Wholesale Management.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and report same to Wholesale Management.
• Co-ordinate with Warehouses to ensure speedy resolution of customer related requests/ issues.
• Recommend Marketing activities for improving sales.
• Attend to all departmental Administrative matters.
• Implement and ensure compliance of company Policies and Procedures.
• Preparation of Slide Presentations for Sales and Board meetings.
Communications:
• Reporting to Marketing & Sales Director.
• Communicating with Reg Warehouse Manager
• Communication with Customers.
• Communicate with Salesmen concerning Sales activities.
• Communicate with Marketing Manager.
