Lead a team of dedicated Fitness Professional in delivering a high value financially accessible Fitness Services

Key Duties

· Financial: -

o Hold responsibility for the overall operation and financial success of the Branch in sales, fitness and other revenue lines, while maintain a cost control perspective.

· Operation: -

o Ensure that key elements of the service and operation are conducted to a high standard and consistently to support the brand. Includes Maintenance, cleanliness, operational disciplines.

· Leadership: -

o Manage and lead a team to ensure success in both operational and financial KPIs.

· Customer Service: -

o Ensure Members satisfaction of the service is in line or exceeds the company’s expectations.

· Consistently Awesome:

o Passionate and enthusiastic about people, product and performance every minute of every hour!
