Manage and Oversee all aspects of assigned properties.
Maintain a positive productive relationship with tenants
Negotiate lease contracts with tenant in a timely and reliable manner
Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements.
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
Preparing monthly reports on the financial performance of properties.
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and renew all property paper.
Manage annual budgets, schedule expenses, initiate corrective measures and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Initiate preventive maintenance programs and surveys for all roofs and parking lots.
Establish and implement cleaning programs to upgrade common areas both interior and exterior.
Review all existing leases and prepare current lease abstracts.

Proven work experience as a property supervisor.
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
Well organized with excellent time management skills.
BS degree in a related field.
