Recruitment Operations
•Prepares regular reports to monitor and control SANS’ recruitment operations and success metrics
• Monitors the effectiveness of utilized recruitment channels and provides data to Talent Acquisition Section Head
• Coordinates with recruitment agencies and provides them with information and support as needed to fill vacancies according to SANS requirements
Screening & Selection
• Screens job applications based on SANS minimum requirements and creates summary profiles for short-listed candidates to be used by hiring managers
• Administers screening assessments to job applicants and provides feedback to hiring managers
• Meets walk-in applicants, gathers required information, and enters candidate in relevant talent pool
Candidate Management
• Interviews candidates up to supervisor level and provides feedback to hiring managers using a standardized interview scoring sheet
• Maintains communication with candidates to inform them on SANS’ hiring decisions
• Ensures that potential candidates receive communication when relevant job openings become available at SANS
Resume Database
• Maintains a resume database of job applicants that allow timely identification of candidates for existing job openings
• Ensures data in the resume database is consistent and includes all required information for identifying potential candidates
• Uses resume database to assess SANS’ talent pool and make recommendations for improving the quality of candidates in the internal database
Metrics & KPIs
• Monitors key talent acquisition metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, qualified applicants yield ratio, etc.) and report to Talent Acquisition Section Head
• Ensures the availability of data in the talent acquisition software to enable data gathering and analysis
