To suggest strategy and budget
To manage the RSM in an efficient way to achieve the settled KPI’s
To allocate the sales budget over each brand shop
Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions through RSM
To monitor the shelf share and market share through RSM
To manage and rotate the inventory in an efficient way
To focus on the display and sales of the Premium product
Devote all efforts to achieve the monthly collection target
To control the returns and damage items
To maximize the efforts to increase the revenue
Suggest promotions to achieve the target
To conduct appraisal for the team
Solve pending issues immediately
To report the marketing intelligence on weekly basis
To build a skilled, ethical sales team
Monitor and analyze all sales reports received from regional sales team
Keep an eye on the market intelligence
Suggest motivation schemes to management
Coordinate all needed supports from other departments
Update management on business process, operating plans, market changes
