Primary Objective:
The position holder is fully accountable for the production and material planning in close collaboration with the supply chain team and other stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
Accountabilities:
Ensure the steady flow of materials necessary to meet the sales demand, smooth production requirements and protect against stock out and right off.
Manage production and material planning in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, quality and suppliers according to the timeline.
Responsibilities:
Observe trends to create and maintain inventory schedules and ensure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.
Create purchasing plan of assigned materials thorough MRP for production and communicate delivery plans to assigned suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare necessary reports (daily follow-up, provision etc) to help analyzing the trends and improving accuracy.
Prepare the required data for S&OP;meetings.
Follow-up closely material aging in order to avoid any write off.
Apply the standard practices in phase in and phase out plan when there is any change in any material.
Other:
Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor.
Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
Adhere to all policies and procedures as per BCR manual.

Excellent computer literacy and application skills in desktop computing including, MS Outlook, MS Office applications and other commonly used office productivity tools within production.
Experience using ERP computer software applications.

Presentation skills.
Inventory Management & Control.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience of production and material planning within FMCG.
