Warehouse Managers work in warehouses where they supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of goods. Warehouse Managers manage warehouse staff, vehicles and other equipment, and oversee security, sanitation, and administrative functions.
Job role
We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to manage one main warehouse and 5 branch warehouses with more than 75+ staffs and to supervise goods receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, dispatch of a wide variety of products, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions of the warehouses.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
To ensure success, you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes profits. Top applicants are dedicated, competent and have strong leadership skills.

Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
Motivating and disciplining staff.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
Assisting with deliveries where required.
Ensuring efficient space utilization.
