Cigalah consumer division is a leading FMCG distribution company, part of Cigalah/Al-NAghi Conglomerate group. Cigalah is been distributing FMCG products since 1986 and represents a large number of multinational suppliers and international brands like Rainbow Milk, Mentos & Chupa Chups, as well Foster Clarks, Bic, Davidoff Coffee and much other international range and private label FMCG products
Join us on our mission to continue leading the future of FMCG distribution in Saudi market by taking role in our sales and marketing team, leading the planning and execution of a cluster of categories activation, from marketing strategy and planning with suppliers, analyzing market insights, to controlling orders, distribution to branches and sales/trade marketing activities required by channel and customer, following up on distribution objectives by sku/channel, along with execution of plans with the sales team.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Negotiate with suppliers the planning and development of category activities in terms of BTL needs and products launches, other related category activities
Execute the category marketing plans in the country, aligned with agreed plans with suppliers & their category strategies, for P&L;delivery with a monthly/quarterly and annual.
Assist suppliers in understanding market specifics analyzing shopper marketing insights to develop distribution and promotional activities in terms of in-store strategy development & execution; including POSM utilization.
Work closely with sales & key accounts teams for category market execution plans & Key accounts specific plans
Market visits to the regions and various channels to follow up on activities executions.
Monthly tracking of sales and distribution objectives, together with promotional activities execution and analysis of results/impact on financials and business growth.
Work closely with the line manager and supplier to plan supply chain orders & in some cases delivery to branches as per monthly and seasonal forecasts.
Initiate ideas to maximize category growth and maximize competitive advantages against competition & category opportunities.

University degree in Marketing or commercial.
Excellent Knowledge of English & Arabic are must

Prepared activities and new products launch, roadshows…etc
