Join us on our mission to continue leading the future of FMCG distribution in Saudi market by taking role in our Key accounts and Modern Trade team, leading the National Key Accounts Manager role in achieving KAs sales and financial objectives, while developing business across related categories at the KAs and ensure optimization of various financial and category objectives, agreements.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Key Accounts Strategies and Plans, on the national level, with the objective of enabling growth in volume, revenue, and share across business categories.
Revise and optimize existing Key Accounts agreements, turning some to a Win-Win agreement in positive financial results and volumes growth for both, the company and customers.
Develop, maintain and grow business relations by ensuring all key decision-makers in the Accounts are engaged with on a regular basis
Align with various suppliers to ensure categories specific objectives are met as per company and suppliers’ expectations
Align with suppliers’ teams on the ground, in negotiations with KAs and achieving categories objectives in terms of space on the shelf, listing products range and having additional space on checkouts or seasonal displays required for activities maximum visibility and engagement with shoppers
Build and ensure implementation of account-specific standards for products range, promotions, pricing, and equipment, with the objective of increasing presence in assigned accounts
Coach the key accounts sales teams at branches to execute and optimize plans with identified customers to ensure leading presence at the outlet level and enabling growth in volume, revenue, and share in assigned accounts
Manage and train the Key Accounts sales teams at branches to optimize sales & negotiation approach at Kas branch and outlet level
Own the Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) and developing targets with the objective of growing volume, revenue and share in the related channel
المهارات
Qualifications
Minimum of 6-8 years of cumulative experience in sales experience, with minimum acceptable experience in directly managing Saudi key accounts in the FMCG industry, preferably grocery food & non-food categories.
A solid relationship with top accounts like Panda, Othaim, Danube, Carrefour, Raya and other KAs
Good understanding of the Saudi Modern Trade market dynamics and negotiation skills
A university degree is essential, along with proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
