Your Role at Mahmood Saeed Group Co.: As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, you will be part of building talent pipelines and attracting the best talent to our organization. In addition you will:
Lead full lifecycle recruiting from job posting through offer negotiation and pre-boarding activities.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align to the current and future talent needs.
Draft job descriptions and employee specifications and propose new ways as to attract more candidates.
Identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.
Manage the job offer process including negotiation and administration within company procedures.
Verify references.
Generate status recruitment update reports.
Prepare manpower planning inline with the business needs.
Building a Saudization plan, Maintaining and improving Nitaqat.
Communicate with third party recruitment and staffing agencies if needed.
Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, etc.
Building relationships with Universities for job posting , attracting talents and employer branding.
Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent.
Proactively build talent pipelines including, referral generation, internet sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns.
Work closely with the talent team and hiring managers to clearly understand requirements of the role, the scope and the team.
