Develop HR- strategic plan and HR IPP for achieving organizational goals…
Identify performance gaps and determine training needs.
Building the salary framework.
Ensure that employees work effectively to meet and exceed business goals.
Build positive and achievement-oriented work environment for employees
Develop team-building programs such as ( Engagement- Communication).
Develop effective solutions to meet business challenges.
Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
Develop a change management program to support and implement new initiatives.
Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
Assist in preparing training programs, tools, and materials to improve employee skills.
Recruitment process and onboarding.
المهارات
Graduate Degree in Organization Development, Compensation, and Benefits, Human Resource Management or any related field in Business Administration.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior position in OD.
Minimum 5 years experience Human Resources Management; Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Planning…etc.
Ability to work with the computer; internet explorer and browsing, Microsoft Office.
Fluency in both English and Arabic
