IT Administrator
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary: Responsible for supporting, installing, troubleshooting and solving IT system, Network, and Digital Advertising campaigns in accordance with the clients guidelines and requirements.
Principal Contact: All Operations team, Airport Relation team and other staff in KSA branches for IT support and work need, contact IT Corporate team for any issue or development.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide Support for all users in Headquarters, Warehouse and Remote offices in KSA
Responsible for preparation and configuration of IT equipment’s such as computers, mobiles, iPads, printers, switches, routers, etc.
• Troubleshoot of system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/network faults
• Configure and maintain infrastructure services such as Active directory, DNS, DHCP, NTP, FTP, Alcatel PABX, SQL database
• Deployment of windows operating systems such as windows 10 and windows server 2008, 2012, 2016 across network devices
• Responsible for backup for files using Symantec Backup Exec and deployment of Anti-virus using Symantec Endpoint Protection
Procurement of all IT equipment’s and dealing with external suppliers to get desired products such as laptops, servers, storage, routers, switches,
• Deployment of Linux based Operating systems such as Fedora and Red Hat across network devices.
• Assist Regional IT Director in deployment of projects such as CRM, Showpad, Proxy,etc
• Upload and monitor Digital Advertising campaigns.
• Check technical requirements of content, plan broadcast using Broadsign
• Assist in preparing routers and servers for deployment of Digital projects
• Coordinate with IT Corporate team for any major issues.
• Coordinate with Airports teams on finalizing the network architecture and deployment
• Coordinate with Operations team for preparing and registration of Linux based players as well as deployment of monitoring tools
• Provide L2 support for Digital issues.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Coordinator with HR team in presenting IT Orientation program for new joiner
• Coordinator with HR team in registering new hire finger print and maintaining attendance records
المهارات
Requirements
• Education: Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science. Professional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
• Experience: 2 years experience as IT support engineer, desktop support engineer, IT help desk technician or any relevant position. Digital Signage experience is a plus
Skills
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
