الوصف الوظيفي Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Support users through a series of actions, either face to face , over the telephone or e-mails Troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnoses and solve hardware/software faults Provide support, including procedural documentation Install printers, Hardware and Software with their required upgrades. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. Supporting the roll-out of new applications Records sufficient details for complex problems to enable the appropriate escalation path to the identified and involves the appropriate specialist in problem resolution. Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods. To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager المهارات 1 - 3 years of experience in the same field. A+ & MCP certifications are plus. Knowledge of remote access: Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Network Knowledge using administrative tools and working knowledge of MS Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP . Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems [Microsoft windows, MS office applications, network configuration, printers ..etc].
