الوصف الوظيفي - Participate in the technical evaluation of contractors qualifications, evaluate and analyze commercial proposals and compare results. - Prepare presentations and reports, and provide recommendations to facilitate management decision making. - Administer contracts and agreements. Supervising the processes of scanning, archiving and maintaining the Company’s contract and documents. - Interfere with other organizations and communicate with management on contract actions and payments. - Resolve contract issues with contractors and other stakeholders within and outside of the Company. - Perform periodic compliance reviews and examination of contracts and agreements to ensure proper administration in the field. - Monitor contracts issues and recommend improvements in contracts or agreements as applicable. - Provide expert advice to the Company’s Departments on claims, contractual interpretations and all concerning legal issues. - Provide assistance to the Legal Affairs Manager in the draft/review all Company’s Contracts and all other legal issues. - Drat litigation documents and memos. - Provide legal advice to the Company’s Departments. المهارات -Candidates should have between (5 to 7) years of experience in the legal field in Saudi Arabia Jurisdiction. -Since almost of 90 % of the contracts and communications in the Company are in English, the candidate must be a master in draft/review contracts and communicate both verbally and in writing in English. -Good report skill. -Hard worker and high ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. -Must deal with Computer at least (word & office). تفاصيل الوظيفة
