Receiving calls from Customers in order to provide them with service they need to meet their satisfaction.
Ensure orders completion for operation assurance and to reach customers goal.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction for customer relation build
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication to meet their need and meet satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to fulfill their needs.
Handle Customer Surveys (All channels ) as per internal instructions to identify the needs may require by the management to grow services providing
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents to maintain data base for necessary used
Set clear team goals to meet objectives for the department to reach satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day operation to handle and monitor related jobs needs for Contact center to avoid any drop in operation.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics to maintain as per department policy & procedure to meet objectives.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts to maintain customer satisfaction to reach department objective
