Responsibilities
1. Manage the Regional Sales Team.
2. Propose, agree and achieve CV sales budget.
3. Agree and achieve CV receivables budget.
4. Individually lead, manage and motivate each member of the sales team, including;
a. Establish and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
b. Market intelligence, quotation activity and follow-up, conversion ratios
c. Maintain up-to-date customer lists and discover and qualify new customers
d. Establish and achieve non-financial objectives – call reports, lost sales reports, lead, mentor, appraise and develop individual sales staff
e. Ensure each team member understands and always properly uses all company systems and software
5. Develop and maintain personal relationships with key customers.
6. Report regularly on competitive environment in the KSA.
7. Propose and carry-out market focused promotional activities.
8. Manage and control operating costs within agreed budgets
9. Proactively make suggestions to improve departmental and corporate performance
المهارات
· Proven work experience as a Sales/Brand Manager with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in this field (Truck Sales).
· Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicating to executive management.
· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
· Drive for results and leadership skills.
· Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
· Comfortable working with, numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
· Excellent command of the English language and should be Native Arabic Speaker.
