The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training.
Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. We believe your high qualification and passion can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees. This position is based in Jeddah and directly reports to the IT Manager. Duties and responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations by ensuring availability of servers, IT hardware and services to provide seamless connectivity to users and availability of applications.
Develop and manage LAN/WAN/Internet by administrating the network, perform troubleshooting when required and initiate problem-solving efforts by contacting support personnel within Jotun or external vendors/ISP.
Manage data center including servers, switches, IT equipment’s to ensure all systems are available for business. Co-ordinate with concerned department to keep up the data center environment
Co-ordinate with IT vendors in the installation of systems, devices and components. Trouble-shoot problems to enable smooth running of everyday operations. Ensure relevant maintenance contracts and license are maintained.
Assist and support end-users by trouble-shooting IT systems and software, registering and follow-up on caretaker tickets, provide training to ensure that IT is used effectively and becomes a source of competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
You are a Saudi national (Saudization program) You have an academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience You are between 23-30 years old You have a good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages Personal qualities:
