Job Description and Requirements Job Type: Full Time Location : Jeddah Job Purpose: To manage key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Tasks & Responsibilities: Sets projects benchmarks and ensure that projects are meeting those benchmarks set. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure resource availability and allocation Makes decisions on prioritizing individual project phases to eliminate redundancies. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report to management about projects status and escalate as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or any related field to the technology. Experience: 3+ years of experiences in project management in the technology sector. 3+ years of experience in a managerial role. Skills & Abilities: Well versed with the technical aspects which are involved while executing a project Excellent leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent management skills Ability to solve problems Excellent organizational skills Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Certifications: PMP is a plus |
