Reporting to IT manager, and responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems and data communications activities in the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Must have knowledge of cabling, computer networking equipment and operating systems, Windows NT, personal computer and server hardware, data communications equipment and protocols, and office administration applications.
Implementation and support services for Microsoft related technologies: traditional Windows Server environments, Azure, Office 365, AD, SQL, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.
IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware
Develop, document, and understand internal IT processes and procedures
Maintain specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
Create and maintain system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
Knowledge of specific FMCG industry applications is desirable,
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management. Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge.
Must have commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Computer Systems and Telecommunications.

Previous service experience is preferred
Must have an experience with Microsoft Azure.
Good verbal & written English is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly responsible & reliable
Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer Since or any related to same field
