* Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
* Staffs and direct a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
* Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
* Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
* Forecast annual. quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
* Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI&KPI;).
* Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go to market strategies.
* Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
* Track, collect and interpret sales figures.
* Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
* Analyze how our brands are positioned in the market.
المهارات
* Previous experience in Retail & Wholesale luxury brands.
* Bachelor degree is must.
* Proven written & spoken skills in English.
* Comprehensive and planned tasks- Follow up.
* Leadership and ability to work within a team environment.
* Demonstrate ability to work effectively with people.
