Ensures that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes
Customer Service / Quality Beverages:

Welcomes and connects with customers.

Determines customer needs and suggests appropriate product, offering demonstrations and samples.

Remains focused on customer satisfaction and thank every customer.

Prepares beverage to the standard. 

Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

Store Operations:
Follows policy and procedure for operational flow at each station.

Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products.

Maintaining professional presentation always.

Demonstrating clear communication in all customer and partner interactions.

Cash Handling, Stock Control and Add-On Sales:
Follows cash handling procedures and till point policies.

Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

Contributes to store goals for increasing sales/add-on sales
