• Coordinates with the client IT team to set up new consultants and third parties with appropriate environment access
• Install Dynamics AX 2012 including SharePoint, SqlServer, Enterprise Portal, and Active Directory
• Ability to monitor and manage Dynamics AX environments
o Manage users in Dev/Test/Prod environments.
o Coordinates with the client, third party and internal project teams any anticipated maintenance window.
o Coordinates any hotfixes/service packs/feature packs/cumulative updates.
o Coordinates and/or performs any environment restores
o Coordinates/enforce version control on all code in the development environment.
o Coordinates code deployment to TEST and PROD environments
o Monitor environment performance and suggest refinements on application configuration or hardware as needed
o Assist with the definition and set-up of security roles
o Coordinate and execute any required AOS reboot in any environment
• Active participation in discussions with the client and project teams.
• Assist in defect closing, defect tracking and defect root cause analysis.
• Must be willing to become certified (MCP, MCSE) in all Technical areas of Microsoft Dynamics.

3 to 5 years of experience in masterbatch, compounding industry
ERP Application Microsoft Dynamics
Familiar with and experienced in:
Core application functionality
Implementation Methodology
Application technology stack
Related Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server, and Active Directory.
Willingness to complete applicable product certification exams.
