Electrician

Job Description and Requirements
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES :

· Actively participates with the installation team to make the connection between the street furniture and the local electricity network (connection on lamp posts).

· Ensures that the street furniture works properly.

· Maintains the electrical parts of all street furniture.

· Checks and resolves all electrical problems with the street furniture.

· Responsible to change and/or repair all electrical parts.

· Ensures the quality of lighting.

· Reports all faults and damages encountered to the Technical Manager / Supervisor.

SKILLS :

· Diploma in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical and Electrical).

· Knowledge of electric operations of street lighting.

· Possess strong reading comprehension of electrical drawings.

· Should be able to independently solve electrical issues.

· Ability to solve problems with feasible solutions.

· Should be result-oriented.

· Must possess a driver’s license.
