Manage the onboarding process- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. Manage the offboarding process and procedures Manage employee relations and advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues Manage government relations and Identifies legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs. Manage disciplinary procedures Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Prepares budget of human resources operations. المهارات Degree in Human Resources or related field In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices People-oriented and results-driven Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Arabic and English fluent (writing and speaking) تفاصيل الوظيفة |
