الوصف الوظيفي
• Perform the assigned duties based on the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the Training Unit goals.
• Utilize training evaluation forms to assess the quality and the return on investment in training and recommend appropriate rectification as needed.
• Follow-up with employees after they receive the training to ensure that they submitted the training evaluation.
• Coordinate and organize training sessions for the employees in response to company’s training program.
• Provide timely and updated training materials to employees, supervisors and managers.
• Oversee and participate in the setup of training activities, to include securing trainers, obtaining training materials, supplies and other resources and scheduling facilities.
• Support trainers in conducting training programs, and act as the program moderator.
• Prepare training program announcements and coordinate with line managers for scheduling trainees.
• Collect and archive, records and a training program database that includes employee and trainer information, trainee’s attendance and evaluation documents, attendance certifications, copy of training materials, training budget and expenses and meeting agendas and minutes.
• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, ordering supplies, preparing class packets, typing up name plates, maintaining class calendar, preparing seating chart. • Ensure tidiness of the training rooms, and other administrative duties that arise. • Arrange site training materials for operational and technical departments by dealing with technical trainers’ programs. • Arrange training schedule for employees and trainers. • Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager. • Follow up required documentation’s and reports from employees, employee’s managers, and third party. • Generate status reports. • Translate required documents, announcements, etc.
