الوصف الوظيفي Stock maintenance of tinting pastes. Responsible for safe maintenance and upkeep of Dispensing machines. Coordinates with R&D;Lab. and QC in establishing proper tinting ratios. Adheres to manufacturing instructions and work instructions related to ISO 9001. Observe the fire and safety instructions of the factory and active member of the Fire Fighting Team. To ensure adherance to company policies and procedures. To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies. Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required. المهارات Report technical issues and colour complaints to QC Lab. Maintaine the Dispenser log book Update of own formulations. Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs Follow production procedures as per Batch Card. Maintain stock of Tinting Paste. Work relations Work in all types of weather; lift and carry heavy objects; high noise levels, etc.; may work varied shifts, nights, weekends and holidays; and work with or be exposed to hazardous materials or chemicals. Required education, experience and job-related skills Min 5 years experience in Paint or Ink factory. Basic knowledge in computer. Experience in operation of Dispensing machine and High speed dissolvers. Ability to handle water based and solvent-borne products as per customer requirements. General behavioural competencies most relevant for the job Knowledge of ISO. Physically fit; Energetic Ability to learn Positive attitude. Highly motivated. Largo match software awareness.
