• Implement best practice and current cleaning standards to improve efficiency, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the correct compliant standard
• Plan and prioritize both strategic and day to day operational workloads to achieve objectives
• Develop and accept ownership in all areas of responsibility and drive this through the supporting team
• Ensure that soft service employees are managed, and all services provided in accordance with the contract specification
• Ensure that adequate support and training is provided to all direct reports to ensure that they can undertake their role effectively and efficiently
• Ensure monitoring, planned inspections & audits are undertaken in relation to cleaning services.
• Develop and review processes, monitoring, reporting, operation and maintaining all parameters required to support the efficient running of the cleaning service
• Interface with in-house services such as Human Resources, Health & Safety, Quality and Finance
• Produce, maintain and update training matrix for all direct reports in your area of responsibility
• Responsible for ensuring all site documentation for soft services is completed correctly
• Be pro-active in providing services and always challenge working processes
• To attend or manage out of hours emergencies
• To lead, guide and directly influence and motivate others towards achievement. Enthusiastic and committed.
المهارات
• Reading, writing (English Language).
• Communicate with different ethnics and languages (English-Hindi-Basic Arabic).
• Ability to Control large number of Work Orders.
