Preferred candidates who worked/working in Largest Hypermarket Chains. The location is at Makkah-Preferred Muslim candidates.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
To Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to system reports; Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies in order to achieve disciplined sale and purchase in line with the organization goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
Ensure Periodic Inventory is being executed with appropriate report submission with necessary shortage or excess.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
Ensure proper Recipe approvals.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure timely utilization of slow moving materials
Monitor & evaluate consumables usage & cost
Develop / suggest processes & systems to improve accuracy of physical count
Control and report the abnormality in the stock or process.

Exposure to high volume retail inventory.
