Preferred candidates who worked/working in Largest Hypermarket Chains. The location is at Makkah-Preferred Muslim candidates.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Human resource executive/coordinator, responsible for ensuring coordination, administration of human resources plans and programs in order to achieve business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates (national & expats), performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting and issuing employment offers/contracts etc.
Ensure proper on boarding of the employees.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Handling Leaves, Exit-Re-enty, Attendance, Exits, Attrition control.
Facilitating training programs.
Assist in conducting Half Yearly and Annual HR Events. Also plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Conducting unbiased disciplinary actions and continually educate employees on company policies and code of conduct.
Ensuring each employee has Health Insurance card. Also ensure that all employees carrying ID Cards and Baladiya Health card for Food Section.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
Arranging Uniforms for all the staffs and ensuring that all wear it at all duty timings.
Assist Camp Supervisor in handling Camp or Shift related issues.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Understand and adhere to all pertinent of Labour Law.
Assisting in deploying Seasonal Staffs before the season.
Arrange refreshment during season or whenever required in order motivates staffs.
المهارات
Knowledge and experience in recruitment, employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, employee engagement etc.
Good hands on experience on MS Office specifically in MS Excel.
Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English.
Should have good command on Arabic.
Arab National will be preferred.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
