Preferred candidates who worked/working in Largest Hypermarket or Retail Chains. The location is at Makkah-Preferred Muslim candidates.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
As a Supervisor, he will assist the Store Operations in executing retail standards. As a team lead, you will deploy partners and delegate tasks to create WOW experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Will be responsible to achieve section targets.
Key Responsibilities
Respect and follow up on the sensitive items (Cage, locking, checking deliveries).
Control price labels and signage of the section and issue price survey, follow up and take corrective action.
Propose and implement new display concepts for new items to optimize sales and attract customers
Ensure to have an appropriate and adequate assortment of items in terms of quantity, quality and price range.
Ensure that all shelves are properly arranged, filled, tidy regularly, cleaned and properly labelled.
Place and follow up on Sales & orders for both store and customer deliveries.
Control stock carefully by monitoring purchase order and sales and re-stock according to customer’s demand
Control the supplier’s manpower that performs the role of merchandises/promoters.
Identify slow moving items and sleeping stocks in order to help promote their sales.
Manage daily operations of grocery non-food section to meet store goals.
Ensure that Annual Targets and Seasonal Targets are achieved.
Provide direction and guidance to grocery staffs in their assigned job duties.
Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards.
Provide excellent customer services for sales growth.
Develop positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate performance of each staff and provide appropriate feedback.
Perform inventory control to avoid over stock and low stock.
Manage product storage and rotation activities to reduce spoilages and damages.
Ensure that each staff is aware of expiry procedure and no expired product is in display for sales.
Ensure that proper expiry verification process is follow at all levels.
Assist in recruiting and training staffs on assigned responsibilities.
Educate staffs about safety and sanitation procedures.
