Duties & Responsibilities
1) Plan & Manage facilities management activities
a) Plan, manage and coordinates all activities concerning the Facilities management operation including inter-alia mechanical, electrical, civil, horticulture, and marine as performed in their physical areas.
b) Prepares plans & schedules for new works and coordinates with Engineering& Construction Departments for implementation.
c) Produce annual and quarterly operational plans to deliver all maintenance on schedule and as effectively as possible.
2) Manage resources
a) Ensures the efficient use of resources such as budgets, manpower, equipment, etc.
3) Adhere to company established operational policies and procedures
a) Implement existing Company operational and administrative procedures and proposes necessary improvements for the efficient execution of the work.
4) Monitor Safety
a) Oversee and has ultimate responsibility for safety.
5) Other duties
a) Produce appropriate reports, data and management information systems, plans and controls his operations and updates his superiors
b) Prepare the project’s annual budget.
c) Liaise with the FM/OM director & COO for any new technical proposals for the project.
d) Perform any other tasks assigned by his line manager (CCO/CEO).
Specific Accountabilities
1) Compliance with the ISO standards (Health, Safety & Quality).
2) Preventative Maintenance Planning.
3) Preventative Maintenance Execution.
4) Resource Planning.
5) Facilities Management Policies & Procedures.
6) Cost Control.
7) Budget.
المهارات
Bachelor degree in Engineering.
15 years practical experience, and a broad technical understanding of all other engineering fields.
Excellent command of English.
