The incumbent shall be responsible for financial accounting, Budgeting, Cost Analysis, Margin Improvement, MIS and IT management. Should be on top head for instituting, directing and controlling the financial policies & activities, coordinating the annual budgeting, financial planning and capital planning processes for the business. Must support the strategic direction of the company by analyzing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations. You will take the responsibility as the financial Advisor to the President and all key managers of the businesses. Lead the planning and designing of cost monitoring tools and related business solution system to support the organization’s thrust towards cost effectiveness and assume oversight responsibility for managing the closing process over the entire enterprise. Oversee the development and maintenance of the finance department and ensure alignment with local, regional and international standards and practices. Leadership skills would be also on high priority.
المهارات
10+ years of experience in RETAIL INDUSTRY along with CA/CPA and Bachelor’s degree from an accredited business school is MUST. Professional qualification would be an asset. Well-developed analytical skills.
Strong in strategic planning, Competent with financial statements. Good interpersonal skills. Fluency in ENGLISH is must. Strong coordination and planning skills. Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
