الوصف الوظيفي Demonstrates a familiarity with the common theories and principles of talent management including employment, classification and Understands the contribution and impact of HR practices on organizational success. Coordinate the TM projects and activities, appropriately prioritize and meet deadlines. Successfully meet the assigned recruitment targets with timely updates/creation of activities in the RHP/E-Recruitment system. Conduct the assigned CV searches and provide a short-list Follow up with concerned Departments on timely receipt of proper documentation for the selected candidates. Conduct initial screening and interviews of potential local candidates Coordinate the participation in Career Day exhibitions, local advertising and social media campaigns Demonstrates a commitment to continuously improving the customer service. Regularly contact Universities, Colleges, Institutes, Schools.to identify talented young nationals capable of filling existing/future. Undertakes such additional duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor. المهارات Knowledge of Recruitment & Saudi labour law Knowledge about surveys and other instruments related to HR initiatives. PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in both English and Arabic Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
