Scope of work & General purpose :
• Planning, organizing and developing hard services, soft services and hospitality services whilst meeting customer expectations, financial targets as well as IMS standards.
• Managing a team of employees in a busy work environment.
• Leading financial oversight including budgeting, growth modeling and related functions. Auditing standards of Hard Services, soft services and hospitality and infrastructure to ensure conformity to requisite grading standards.
• Positively impacting operational outcomes through effective liaison between managers and staff and implementing best practices across the organization.
• Formulating strategic plans for achieving set targets. Ascertaining problem areas with focus on productivity, profit, business development and personnel growth.
• Monitoring the implementation of health and safety for hard and Soft services guidelines as per IMS standards.
• Directing/ and monitoring the daily activities of all areas, handling all aspects of their training to maintain high standards for safety, quality, presentation and maintenance at all times.
• Keeping abreast of current trends and developments in the facilities management industry including MEP, PPM, CAFM and IFM, Soft Services and management issues and implementing appropriate strategy to ascertain profitability of business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Routine inspections for all the outlets and services areas to be sure all the services going smoothly.
• Responsible for maintaining Hard services & Soft Service standards in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for continually checking that the required service standards are set, implemented and monitored
• Responsible for ensuring guests receives the highest possible level of service to maintain overall satisfaction on a consistent basis.
• Responsible for evaluating, responding to, and taking necessary action regarding guest comments relating to the provided services and to build up and maintain good guest relationships with residents.
• Contribute to the profitability of the different departments by controlling all costs.
• Prepare a monthly action plan with targets for all departments to control costs and expenses.
• Management and control of equipment assets.
• Control all store requisitions to keep close monitor on the cluster expenses.
• Control of the payroll through checking all duty rosters and monthly time sheets.
• Coordinate with other departments to make sure all IMS, trainings & necessary legal certification is in place.
• Manage the cluster Budget within the laid down frame work.
• Completing the daily cluster report including all the information required
• Monitoring all PPM are correct and of a very high standard.
• Checking that all the due diligence checks are being done and recorded correctly.
• Control and monitor all requisitions the stores.
• Recording all requisitions with their associated costs to be put in monthly report.
• Ensuring that the appropriate correction action is taken to ensure that the services are performed at a consistently high standard in accordance with both the Company Standards and the expectations of our customers and clients and with risk as low as reasonably practicable.
• Ensuring all appropriate actions are taken to implement the HSE polices associated procedures and legislative requirements.
• Identifying and providing adequate resources for managing, performing and verifying work affecting the quality of the services and the safety of those employees performing these services.
• Ensuring that the responsibility and authority of all staff who manage perform and verify work affecting quality, safety and the environment is defined.
• Comply with ADNH Compass IMS standards.
