الوصف الوظيفي Maintain BCo standards Control the operations through set benchmarks. Monitor operations on a real -time basis and report wherever deviations. Deliver service excellence which the customer Focus. Control the current stock (shelf, warehouse, on order, etc.) so that the product received conforms to sales demands, and so that out-of-stocks or over-stocks are avoided. Analyze the performance as a whole and find areas for improvement. Check the status of all/any Inbound or Outbound Shipments. Control the allocation of human resources and assigning tasks Inbound Operations : Ensure the standard KPI requirements for inbound are met as per the SLA (Service level agreements). Check the status of all/any Inbound Shipments. Check if any new IBD/PO is received in WMS via interface Coordinate with warehouse operations and delivery / transportation staff to ensure smooth workflow. Perform all functions as assigned by the Inbound Supervisor Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management system where necessary. Receive purchase orders and advance shipping notice in the Warehouse Management system for easy updating of inbound records. Monitor the inbound activities and provide guidance to the warehousemen to receive the shipments for temperature recording (Cold), Damages, Shortages etc., Ensure the system related documentation are maintained and executed as per the inbound requirements. Ensure the warehouse team records the inbound discrepancies and the same is communicated to the respective parties. Coordinate with supply team for any Purchase order corrections until the required correcting is done, during shift handover the Details should be entered in the handover Log book. Send daily reports on inbound with all necessary information to the line manager. Plan the inbound operational area to avoid/ manage the inbound traffic until the stock reaches the inbound conveyor. Plan the required consumables are properly arranged and, made available in the dock area to facilitate the Inbound. Analyze the failures in the Monthly KPI’s (if any) for efficiency and improvements. Receive feedback from the line manager on all tasks executed and monitor the quality of services provided from internal and external customer. Generate various reports from Warehouse Management System as required. Generate reports from Warehouse Management System to ensure inventory expiry dates, reorder points and stock levels. Undertake all manual data entry in the system where required. Receive and respond to vendor or departmental queries `in coordination with Inbound Supervisor. Under take any other reasonable instructions and responsibilities assigned by the superiors. Continuously maintain a healthy professional relationship with colleagues and internal customers. Ensure compliance to SLAs Help in implementing all operational transforms / changes effectively and efficiently. Outbound Operations : Check the status of all/any Outbound Shipments. Monitor progress of loading through WMS Ensure the standard KPI requirements for outbound are met as per the agreed SLA (Service level agreements). Monitor whether the outbound orders are processed and shipped on time as per the required schedules and timeline. Coordinate with warehouse operations and delivery / transportation staff to ensure smooth workflow to serve the customers. Perform all functions as assigned by the Outbound Supervisor Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management system where required. Receive Sales orders and OBD in the Warehouse Management system for easy updating of outbound records. Generate various reports from Warehouse Management System related to customer service and warehouse operations. Generate reports from Warehouse Management System to ensure inventory expiry dates, reorder points and stock levels. Undertake all manual data entry in the system where required. Receive and respond to customers or departmental queries in coordination with Outbound Supervisor Under take any other reasonable instructions and responsibilities assigned by the superiors. Plan the orders to be shipped in the shift based on priority, volume, transport availability and other related factors to avoid any misinterpretation in the outbound activity. Monitor the loading schedules to the branches and follow up on the respective trucks are dispatched on time. Ensure the shipped trucks are always loaded in Full. Inventory and cycle count Any deviations to the inventory standards should be thoroughly investigated until the solution is derived. Negligence is strictly not allowed. The inventory accuracy and the cycle count activities for the Internal and 3PL customers should be executed and maintained as per the agreed SLA’s. Documentation of the inventory and related activities should be retained as per the documentation retention policies of customers. Returns and Damages The returns should be accepted only if there is proper documents for returns. Record keeping of damages (in-house or import). Investigate the Root cause analysis (RCA) for In house damages and define preventive measures for avoiding recurrences. Ensure the disposal of the damage products are executed on time with necessary approvals. Housekeeping & General safety Ensure the trash are cleared during handover and takeover of every shift. Ensure the Dock area clean and tidy, without any plastic wraps and other wastes. Ensure the wheels are chocked before every transaction in the Dock door. Safeguard the staff with proper personal protective equipment (PPE’s) wherever applicable inside the operating area.
