الوصف الوظيفي
Sales Engineer will be responsible to present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Identifying target clients and their requirements to meet budget needs
- Prepare monthly list of target clients and a monthly plan to ensure that all clients on the list are visited.
- Minimum 10 new clients are to be visited per month.
• Co-ordinate with the customer, design team and operations team for the site surveys, meeting with the client and submission of the proposals (target a minimum of 4 proposal submitted to the clients every week)
• Use SalesForce and enter all the proposal/opportunity information to the Sales force on a daily basis and update it every day. Any progress in the project has to be updated in the Sales Force on regular basis.
• Follow up quotations - quotation should be followed up on a weekly basis. Target is for two new contracts per month minimum. Update the status of the submitted proposals on a weekly basis to the ESS Director.
• Prepare contracts with the help of administration/legal departments and follow-up with them to get the finalized contracts and get it approved by the ESS Director.
• Work hard to achieve the sales target provided by the ESS Director on every quarter.
• Follow-up with the clients to receive the down payment, progressive payments and final payment for every projects.
• Update and submit the customer visit report to the ESS director every day.
• Update and submit the business in pipe line report to the ESS director on a monthly basis.
• Support the operations and design team to follow-up with the client in regards of the project execution and any other requirement clarification.
• Ensure bids are submitted on time.
• Co-ordinate with the design team to get awareness of new products and technology on a monthly basis.
• Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients.
• Investigating new technologies and third party components and staying on top of technology to innovate new products and services.
• Perform additional assignments per the direct manager’s direction.
المهارات
- Should have good verbal & written communication in English; Communication skill in Arabic in added advantage.
- Good technical knowledge in Low current systems like CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting System.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentations skills.
- Professional presentation skills; self-starter; cooperative attitude; team player.
- Highly result orientated with a strong drive to deliver/succeed
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Good Computer Knowledge
- Should be fast learner and dedicated.
