-Strong Hospitality Project execution experience. Managing Hospitality projects end to end. Ensure strict compliance and follow-up on project execution as per the timelines and approved budget as well as participating in the scheduling. Coordinating with the project management consultants, hotel operators, advisors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met, and directing them for the owner’s best interest. Ensuring project execution and progress. Reviewing and approving all the financial payments of the contractor and consultants working at the phase.
المهارات
-Must Have: SAUDI NATIONAL MANDATORY. Leading a team of professionals you would bring in quality experience of managing large hospitality projects at least 15 years out of which the last 5 should be leadership roles. An excellent communicator and result driven professional with experience in project management, bids, sales, contracts & legal, procurement, engineering, operations. The incumbent should have a proven track record in working on high value and complex projects. Must display strong leadership and ability to “pull together” and drive teams!
