Coordinate and track difficult data quality issues to completion which require direct involvement with local processes and actors usually across functions
- Act as cluster contact point for everything related to local data quality (that cannot be resolved by GSC CDG) and which requires direct involvement with local processes and actors
- Perform data cleansing when its particular difficult and requires local knowledge (inactivate, enrich, merge, etc.) and requires direct involvement with local processes and actors
- Provide plans and remediation for CLT meeting (TIGER/MLOS) when cluster data quality is out of band
- Monitor daily codes and ensure missing details are timely captured (support and coordinate MMI reports)
- Ensure sufficient data quality trough monitoring of daily and weekly reports (duplicates, wrong trading Name, incorrect Tax reference, etc)
- Monitor compliance with code creation SOPs
- Suspend/Inactivate codes when needed
- Suggest and approve local data rules and exceptions, and represent cluster data requirements in projects, changes, testing, or other business changes, to ensure global data definitions are incorporated with local exceptions and global business is aligned with local requirements.
