Corrective maintenance task and troubleshooting on 1st level, responsible for reactive, proactive and preventative maintenance with. Roller and Belt Conveyors, High Bay Cranes (Pallet and Tote), Pick to Light Systems, Sortation, Carton Assembly, Strapping, Wrapping, Spiral and Telescopic Conveyors.
To conduct service and maintenance work, breakdowns and urgent repairs to support site.
To ensure that Company procedures and standards are followed and maintained.
To maintain good service and support to ensure Internal customer satisfaction.
To follow-up and resolve issues which are highlighted through the support organization.
Effectively communicates with customers in high-impact scenarios.
Assist in identifying root cause of faults and production errors.
Work with Onsite staff to ensure maximum system uptime
المهارات
Technical problems Diagnoses:
Able to analyze and resolve technical issues through fault diagnosis on all mechanical and electrical automation systems. Be able to navigate electrical schematic drawings. Must understand safe electrical working practices.
Equipment knowledge:
Have a good working knowledge of industrial automation. Understands the principles of both electrical and mechanical equipment within an FMCG environment. Has a fundamental knowledge of conveyor systems and cranes.
Equipment & Environmental Safety Awareness:
Takes personal responsibility for health and safety for both themselves and their colleagues. Will be pro-active in ensuring a safe working environment for both themselves and their colleagues in accordance with the Binzagr health and safety policy.
Maintain and Repair Equipment
Has experience with planned maintenance and servicing industrial equipment. To fully understand the use of electrical test equipment. Must be able to work in a safe and clean manner.
