الوصف الوظيفي Based on Market insight, Sales analysis & Nielsen report; Trade marketing will be developing the annual activity calendar across all channels and implement the push/pull drives to reach the desired growth. To get incremental activation budget and negotiate with the management team to obtain the budget based on market logic. Annual Business Development Agreements (BDA) To be the gate keeper for the entire BDA planning, and will be negotiating with both Commercial & Distributor team in order to balance the growth vs. spend and keep improving the following key elements: Primary & Secondary Space Flier Planning Additional pilot projects (Category management) Achieving Excellence in Brand presence: Development of premium off-shelf displays Quality of thematic activities Category Projects to enhance permanent shelves Special presence enhancement in Grocery Channel Branding elements at Wholesale showrooms Development of Generic POSM Ownership & development of merchandising guidelines & Planograms Evaluation of Trade Marketing Activities to establish a learning pattern المهارات Trade Marketing knowledge and experience with implementation of brand activities Key Account management experience Experience in managing Trade marketing teams Experience in FMCG and Branded product companies Analytical and Energetic Very good knowledge of Category Management Good negotiator تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/trade-marketing-manager-3883727/ |
