Job Profile:
To manage rental operations team in the designated region to achieve and maximize revenue and profitability besides being involved in the expansion of operations in that region.
Responsibilities:
1) Analyzing the Zone Supervisor / BM visit reports submitted on a weekly basis
2) Initiate corrective actions in cases of policy deviation or delayed cases and update RM on regular basis
3) Monitor branch performances in coordination with BMs for maximizing revenue and operational efficiency
4) Coordinate with Government Relations to ensure all permits and licenses at locations are valid and current
5) Demand based pooling of cars and their distribution within the region to maintain good utilization at locations / branches
6) Verification submission of reports to Accounts and feedback to BRS on timely basis with update to RM
7) Ensure adequate staffing and staff movement within in coordination with RM to meet business needs
8) Coordination with PROs and other departmental heads for ensuring easy recovery of unpaid and redemption of overdue cars
9) Coordination with Regional Fleet Controller to receive cars and to return cars to workshop or for sale
10) Monitor staff rentals and update recovery of unpaid
11) Ensure all marketing programs are effectively communicated to operations team for implementation
12) Check and appraise the performance of all staff under their jurisdiction
13) Follow up with BMs/Zone supervisors and CSEs for clearing all open RAs and unreported RAs as given by Accounts department
14) Explore opportunities to expand network in the region and finalize it with RM

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in business administration, computer literate must
Functional Know-How:
• Knowledge on how to manage renting processes
• Strong connection with government departments
• Business reporting and writing skills
• Cascading tasks and monitor progress according to timeline
General Skills:
• Leadership skills
• Communication and persuasion skills
• Delegating and coaching
Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years experience.
Languages:
• Arabic: Very Good
• English: Very Good
