الوصف الوظيفي Mid-term and short-term production planning: overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule & are of good quality, and cost effectiveness. Prepare, execute and monitor daily production plans to achieve anticipated, agreed and budgeted targets within the stipulated time, cost and quality constraints. Responsible for maintaining the Offices, Mosque and other company facilities in tip-top condition. Monitoring the product standards & implement a quality-control programme, and production processes & adjusting schedules as needed. Responsible for the maintenance of plant, machinery, company vehicles, and office equipment. Work with IAD to implement company’s quality/safety policies, safety and product certification requirements, and goals. Development and training of production team. المهارات Bachelor Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At-least 5 years’ experience with steel fabrication enterprise with various technical and supervisory positions related to Design, Quality Control and Production Engineering. Good English communication skills. Exposure to CNC machines, computer aided simulation, flexible manufacturing systems would be an added advantage. Very dynamic, multi-skilled and highly motivated. Strong desire to lead a team of different nationalities, majority of them Saudi nationals. Ability to work under extreme pressure with calm, being level-headed and with a professional attitude. Possess valid KSA driving license. With transferable iqama (for non-Saudi).
