Directs and manages the Van Sales distribution channel and Direct Distributor Sales operations in the Kingdom to achieve its annual and monthly sales target objectives determined in the approved business plan for each fiscal year through combination of various cost effective sales strategies, merchandising and promotional activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of the company products to cash customers and exclusive distributors.
• Review operational records and project sales and determine sales profitability for Van Sales and exclusive Distributors.
• Determine Price schedules and Discount rates for Van Sales and exclusive Distributors.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results for Van Sales and exclusive Distributors through the Van Sales team and Sales coordinator.
• Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of Van Sales team to accomplish specific objectives.
• Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission scheme for Van Sales team.
المهارات
College Degree or higher in business or any related field.
Must have experiences in FMCG company or food production
minimum 5 years experience in distribution
