الوصف الوظيفي Manage the relationship between company and the manufacturer so that both parties have trust and an open communication channel. Manage the whole division to maintain or exceed the overall financial performance. Maintain vehicle flow by controlling orders and stock to avoid shortage. Propose a business plan for the brand, emphasizing production and sales forecast. Plan marketing strategies and tactics to develop brand awareness. Place vehicles’ technical specifications with manufacturers. Coordinate with manufacturer and Saudi government for vehicle homologation. Set up the retail and fleet pricing structure. Develop the market through identification of new opportunities and revenue streams. Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of customer care to maintain the highest levels of customer retention. Give all employees suitable induction, training, coaching and performance management to enable them to perform at a level commensurate with company objectives. Report to the Board on performance and customer satisfaction. المهارات Motor Industry Retail experience, ideally a minimum of 5 years in a senior position within a multiple outlet service / retail organization Excellent people management and motivation skills.
