الوصف الوظيفي
• Manage employee data base to capture daily attendance • Supervise and communicate with employees matters ranging from daily issues faced by the employees to disciplinary actions against the employees
• Supervise daily work of Leave/Payroll Clerk to ensure accurate capture of employee daily attendance record
• In case of any discrepancies in the employee attendance coordinate with the concerned department Supervisors to correct the same
• In case of any issues faced by the employee as part of daily job coordinate with the concerned department heads to take action to clear the issues
• In case of any complaints against the employee hold a discussion with the respective employee to understand the nature of incident and take corrective action to prevent further disciplinary actions in future
• Perform monthly scorecards and keep managers informed on employees sick leaves, annual leaves, absences
• Set and maintain performance criteria for reporting staff
• Identify HC system requirements and limitations and communicate with HC Asst. Manager to identify methods to overcome the limitations
• Any other work related to processing employee related information in HC system
• Perform periodical scheduled performance review with reporting personnel
• Ensure balance in the duty schedules with allocated day offs
• Ensure effective inter and intra departmental communication
• Plan, monitor and analyze relevant reports
• Perform periodical scheduled performance review with reporting personnel
• Identify and develop the department’s technology and training requirements
• Responsible to maintain safety and discipline in the work area
• Ensure compliance with Fatal Risk Standards
• Ensure compliance with Safe Work Practices
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policy• Reporting accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures
المهارات
• Experience in HR/ Administrative function: 2 to 3 years
• Computer operating skills
• Education: Preferably graduate
• Good negotiation skills • Fully conversant with sea port safety procedures
