To meet with customers and explain technical products in services with the goal of showing these customers how the products and services can be useful. To perform instructional demonstrations of these products at trade shows.
المهارات
• Work with department heads or staff (Sales, Design, R&D;, production, etc.) to discuss contracts, selection of advertising media, products to be advertised, and other marketing – related events and issues. • Travelling to visit potential clients. • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with clients and / or customers. • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs. • Gather, organize, and analyze information (market behavior, trends, competition, etc.) to plan advertising campaigns. • Advise with respect to new products and existing product improvements. • Preparing all required reports for management. • Recording and maintaining client contact data • Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education • Helping in the approval of design of custom-made products • develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments. • Plan advertising, including determining in which media to advertise (e.g., print, online, billboards, social media). • Negotiate advertising contract. • Inspect layouts, which are sketches or plan for an advertisement. • Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings. • Performs other tasks and/or assignments as given from time to time by his manager.
