• Lead Cost Pillar in the factory and supports WCM office in deployment of losses and prioritising the WCM teams. Moreover, driving the cost reduction initiatives in the factory.
• Lead expenses follow up and drive reduction activities and making sure that adequate expense authorization routines are in place and are implemented.
• Drive Factory Investments execution and spending follow up. Prepare the business cases and support in the Investment approval
• On time and full completion of closing activities in SAP, KPI reporting package & costing package for our Pack Mat & Straw businesses.
• Review and drive performance improvements in factory relating to performance KPIs, product costing & investment realisation.
• Monthly review of moving average prices of raw materials & FGs and identification of anomalies and initiating actions for the correction of anomalies.
• Reporting of all KPIs of straw factory and costing of straw production.
• Monthly stock check, waste sales reconciliation to reported waste, production bins clearing review; RM & FGs ageing analysis.
• Coordinate the target process with all stake holders and it’s on time and full submission along with quarterly reporting.
• Co drive the performance review sessions with factory stakeholders to constantly keep the performance on track.
• Continuous handling of business partnering queries e.g., simulation of new QS cost and impact of commodity trends on our costs etc.
• Driver of policies and governance compliance in factory as an agent of FD and Cluster controller.• Drives the usage of automated info extraction tools in Tetra Pak i.e, BW, IBI specially in non finance functions.
