• Ensure uninterrupted production schedules with the highest practicable efficiencies.
• Guarantee an adequate spare parts inventory & supply.
• Ensure all assets maintained and available for production by the application of a preventive maintenance system.
• Carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines & coordinate same with the other departments’ Heads.
• Ensure that the plant meets all machinery legislative requirements.
• Train and lead maintenance workers and technicians into efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs.
• Develop and execute an annual operating plan to prevent unplanned machine stoppage.
• Provide accurate and timely plan layouts, feasibility studies for equipment selection.
• Tailor a preventive maintenance schedule for plant equipment, control and source spare parts.
• Submit the annual maintenance Plan and keep records as technical logs for machine history; repair and overall maintenance.
• Timely co-ordination with production and Quality Control depts. for scheduling Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Monitor and control execution of maintenance schedule to achieve optimum use of Co.’s assets and conservation of resources. • Sets Operations Department budget related to Maintenance Department.
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree, engineering (Mechanical, electrical or Auntotronics), with solid technical background
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as commercial vehicles service manager with a premium brand
• Bi-lingual (Arabic, English)
• Advanced computer skills• Excellent communications skills
