Currently, SAT Microsystems is looking for Sr. Database Administrators (DBA) with combined skillset of Oracle and SQL. Candidate should have sharp problem-solving skills, a results-oriented track record, strong leadership experience, and passion for Information technology.
Managing large Oracle databases (RAC environment) and 40 plus SQL databases.
Manage backup strategy of the databases & assisting for proper restoration and recovery (RMAN)
Understand and Implement Database Security (Oracle and SQL) in view of the requirements for Business Functionality
Performing administrative task such as Database object creation / modification activities and Assisting users in connecting to the Databases
Managing end to end Database security
Database Performance tuning (Oracle and SQL)
Experience in Installation, configuration of Oracle and SQL databases.
Proven Experience in implementing high availability database environment.
Implementing global best practices for Oracle and SQL databases wrt patching, product upgrades and release management.
Experience in database design and architecture.
Must possess sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors, systems administrators and other related service providers.
المهارات
5+ years of experience on Oracle RAC (10G,11g, 12c).
4+ years of experience in SQL Databases.Linux operating system knowledge is an added advantage.
Relevant Oracle certifications and SQL Certifications.
Good knowledge on Performance tuning and backup administration.
Excellent Analytical and communication skills.
Experience in managing database environment for ERP, ECM, SharePoint, CRM and portals is an added advantage.
Azure Cloud database implementation is an added advantage.
